“Soup the Cat’s First Tea Party” is a prototype game that I made for my “UI/UX for Games” class. I drew the character assets myself and made the background scenes out of collaged images from Google (ethically sourced btw). I made the prototype in Adobe XD, so the game is very bare bones and just leads you through the tasks, but I think it gets the point across.
The game follows Soup the Cat as they prepare for their first tea party. You have to find and place decorations, and answer the door for the guests, and there might be someone uninvited appearing as well…
If you would like to try out the game click this link ! The game includes some long pauses (for dramatic effect) between scenes so be a bit patient, please! The game ends when the “Thanks for Playing” title shows up.
