This was the first animation I made in Adobe Animate, where I only used shapes and images to animate, as well as experimenting with transitions. I chose the song “Hot to Go” by Chappell Roan to animate along to, basing my main ideas for the animation on the music video. I referenced colors and textures, such as glitter and sequins, as well as a funny take on the lyrics “hot to go,” as takeout food.

I also learned how to use an exposure sheet when planning out my animation, which really helps keep be organized and on track with my longer animations in the future.

Overall I had a lot of fun with this and it got me inspired and excited to animate even more!
